Warranty Policy

Note: If the parts buy separately are used in other skateboards or DIY products, they need to be confirmed with us first. Failure to confirm will not be cover by warraty.

Your package receive by damaged, please contact us.

Please kindly be reminded your pictures or test video and order number is a must for us to arrange accessory replacement under warranty.

The following are not covered by the warranty:

1. Warranty does not cover easy-broken parts: Damage as a result of abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence, accident or exposure to water is not covered. Modification of components and/or tampering with the electronics voids the warranty.  Items like wheels, belts, grip tapes and bearings, are excluded from warranty and are available for purchase through our website.

2. The warranty excludes the damage caused by artificial damage, such as damage from violence, modifications, unauthorized repairs and failure to follow the instructions in the user manual, damage caused by negligence, including using the battery for a long time with high power but not timely charging, or other damage caused by abuse.

3. As shipping and importing package from overseas back to China is much more costly, we don't provide returns for goods delivered.

Refund

1. Generally, you can cancel your order and get a refund only when the products are not shipped yet.

2. You need to email info@twoyf.com  and we will refund you within 3 workdays.

Item can't be cancelled if it is shipped.

3. Cancel order Fee. 

  • Pay with PayPal

You can get a refund within 1~3 business days, if you cancel the order before we ship it out. Also the cancel will cost some commission charges from PayPal , the fee is 4.4%. For example ,your order total$1000, then the fee is $1000*4.4%=$44, then we will refund you $1000-$44=$956. This is not charged by us ,it is charged by the PayPal.

    Once the package is shipped out if there is any issue with the product you received. Please contact us for customer service and we will solve your problem in the shortest time. In this case, please offer us the detailed pictures and videos so that our customer service team can fix the problems as quickly as we can. Thanks!
